Traditionally, its products were sold via home decor stores, until it decide to create its own sales points.
Once the customer target profiles had been defined, we identified their wants, needs and expectations. The extracted insights centred around the creation of a Woop Rugs universe, increasing the value perceived by the client in each step of the experience and highlighting the customising of the product, underscoring its importance in the creation of the space.
We created a concept that enhances the product by presenting it as a unique piece expressing the value of customisation, as well as allowing an immersive experience in which the customer can choose and customise the product at different stages according to their various needs, wether in the store or at home.
We have proposed a space that lives up to the brand, integrating audiovisual devices communicating the product’s features and customisation. The supports for Woop Rugs sale are also designed in other space corners.
We designed the model conversion in the first store in Madrid and are cooperating in its implementation.
We created a dashboard with the KPIs that allows studying the profitability of the undertaken actions and investments. After the success of the first store, we are involved in other subsequent openings.
