When we started working with RETAbet, they were about to make a enter the national wide market and were looking for a reliable partner who could take them across the entire country, adapting their manual to each context (location, regional and municipal regulations, etc.).
We analysed their store model, flows and zoning. We documented the premise selection criteria for new implementations.
We established different levels of experience for each context and channel: store, corner or shop in shop.
We optimised the experience support and helped improve their sale points’ internal and external communication.
We take care of the whole management of their store openings: licences, works and start-up. We are responsible for everything, from start to finish, turnkey. We work throughout Spain.
