NEINOR HOMES
STARTING POINT
Neinor Home’s vocation is to be the leader in Spain’s residential real estate development market. To achieve their brand goals, they also need to be leaders in innovation. So they asked us to help them create a new model that could digitally transform their sale point, combining technology and brand experience.

Research
Our study of their existing sale points and the sector’s digital potential resulted in several insights: the importance of the housing context and its surroundings; the difficulty in making off-plan decisions; the importance of adapting information to the client’s profile and moment; and the need to customize the home during the whole process. Neinor had to act as a leader and set the pace in solving all these challenges.

Brandlanding
We conceived the Neinor Store as an attractive and open space encouraging also casual visits, with areas designed for each phase of the customer journey. In Neinor Square, brand values can be better understood and you can learn more about their promos thanks to their physical and virtual models. In the Neinor Residences, an immersive experience is created to sell intangibles such as off-plan housing. The same space allows personalisation at later stages, combining digital visualisation and physical samples. In the Neinor Community both open or exclusive events for Neinor Experience clients are available.

Design
Our store model design enables adapting it to existing and new stores. The content of the audiovisual devices that allow a personalised and immersive experience has been developed. It is an open, welcoming and innovative space that embraces the client during the different phases of information, purchase and monitoring of the construction process.

Implementation
We worked with Neinor Homes implementing the model across Spain. We helped choosing the right premises in each location according to its business potential, the premise’s physical features, the regulatory limitations and the available budget. We adapted the model to existing and new stores. We took care of the management and the required work for the model’s implementation according to the planned costs and deadlines.

Follow-up
We created a dashboard with the KPIs, enabling the profitability of the investments and the carried out actions to be assessed. The data obtained from each new adaptation serve to constantly improve the model.
